Teacher Acquitted of Rape & Sexual Assault

Valeria Swift represented a teacher accused of attempting to rape and sexually assault a 10 year old pupil in his class throughout an alleged one year campaign of abuse at school.

After a 2-week trial at Snaresbrook Crown Court, he was acquitted of all charges. Instructed by Mark Stewart of Stewart Begum Solicitors.
