Prosecution for Copyright Offences

Ben Holt prosecuted Skylar Dalziel for making articles for sale without the licence of the copyright owner. The defendant was part of a team that hacked into the archives of music producers. They stole unreleased tracks and sold them on the dark web for profit. Artists affected included Coldplay, Shawn Mendes and Melanie Martinez. Dalziel pleaded guilty and received a suspended sentence.
