Former Met Officer Guilty of Rape & Kidnap

Catherine Farrelly led Rebecca Foulkes of Foundry Chambers, in the prosecution of a former Met Police Officer charged with multiple counts of rape, including six against a child, and kidnap.

After a three-week trial at Croydon Crown Court, the jury convicted the defendant, and sentence will take place on the 1st May 2024.
