Domestic Abuse & Attempted Murder

Rupert Kent was instructed by CPS London North in this trial relating to the 2022 attempted murder by the defendant of his partner after an extended period of domestic abuse. The case involved the calling of the vulnerable victim, and several eye-witnesses to the various incidents of violence. Sentence has been adjourned for an assessment as to how dangerous the defendant is.
