Defendant Acquitted of Conspiracy to Kidnap and False imprisonment

James Martin, leading Alejandra Tascon, represented the Defendant who was charged with conspiracy to kidnap and false imprisonment. The Defendant was one of eight others charged on this conspiracy. The case involved complex issues in relation to Hearsay and Absent witnesses. The Defendant was acquitted of all charges after the Crown offered no evidence on day 7 of trial.
