Acquittal of perverting the course of public justice
23 October 2023
Following a 3-week trial at Southwark Crown Court, Bartholomew O’Toole’s client is acquitted of perverting the course of public justice.
It was alleged Bartholomew’s client, F, attempted to pervert the course of justice by obtaining a passport for her son, who was wanted for homicide, to travel abroad. F admitted obtaining the passport but denied any intention to pervert the course of public justice.
Bartholomew was instructed by Hardeep Dhaliwal of Duncan Lewis Solicitors.
