Acquittal for Prohibited Firearm Charges

Following a 7-day trial at Inner London Crown Court which involved careful consideration of mixed profile DNA evidence, cell site data and Police Forensic procedures, the defendant who had been charged with being in possession of a s.5 Prohibited Firearm, following an intelligence led operation by the Met Police was found not guilty by the Jury.
