• R v C [Chelmsford] 2022

  Defendng in multi-handed murder

  Danny Robinson QC lead Nick Robinson on a multi-handed murder of a woman who died from head injuries, following a fight. During the lengthy trial, the Judge decided there was not enough evidence for our client to be charged with murder or manslaughter. C was found guilty of ABH and sentenced to 6 months. • R v X [Central Criminal Court] 2018

  Conspiracy to commit GBH with intent

  Nick Robinson acted for this 16 year old defendant who was accused of conspiring to commit GBH with intent. The case concerned a large fight outside a 16th birthday party in east London, which escalated to the point that the victim was fatally stabbed by a co-defendant.   Armed robbery and Blackmail

  Nick Robinson acted for this young defendant who was accused of armed robbery and blackmail committed against a boy who went to his school.
