Bartholomew O'Toole has extensive experience acting in all areas of serious crime including murder, firearms, rape and other sexual offences, serious fraud, armed robbery, grievous bodily harm, drugs importation & production, blackmail, company director and trading standards offences.
He also regularly undertakes family law work including public and private law Children Act proceedings and ancillary relief.
As an active football referee, former Chairman of the Board of the Referees' Association and current Chairman of the Amateur Football Alliance and London Society of Association Referees, Mr O’Toole often advises and represents football referees at internal Football Association Appeal Boards and disciplinary hearings and occasionally in the criminal Courts.
